I made a purchase from HoneyPieKids because they claimed to offer same day shipping. To ensure my order got to me on time, I opted for express delivery. I ordered on a Monday, expecting it to be sent out that very day or at the latest by Tuesday. By Wednesday, I reached out to them, and my order still hadn’t been dispatched. I was anxious about the timing since I needed the package by a specific date. They promised it was on its way with UPS and would be delivered the following day. However, they ended up sending it via USPS much later that same day. Unfortunately, the package didn’t arrive when I needed it. This was really frustrating because I wouldn’t have chosen them if I had known they wouldn’t stick to their same day shipping promise. When I asked for a refund on the shipping fees due to the delay, their response was quite rude and unhelpful. Because of the unfriendly and dishonest service, I won’t be shopping there again.
